Week 1 (15/04 - 21/04)
We had our kickoff meeting and met our clients from Padini for the first time. We did a little presentation/introduction for them about our team and roles. After that, our clients explained the current situation and requirements of the project and end with a Q&A session. We decided to do some research on the related topics before our next meeting.
Week 2 (22/4 - 28/4)
We visited Padini warehouse so that we get a better view of the warehouse and to understand the process such as where will the item be collected and how Padini organise their stock and etc. After we visited the warehouse, we further discussed on the research topics and roughly drafted out what we had in mind.
Week 3 (29/4 - 5/5)
I have been assigned to a roles (Documentor and front-end developer) and responsibilities and we determined the tasks that need to be completed for our first checkpoint.
Week 4 (6/5 - 12/5)
There was a minor changes in the project scope, so we discussed the changes in project scope with our lecturer. Project manager explained the new project scope and has assigned new roles to each of us.
Week 5 (13/5 - 19/5)
We presented the progress report to our client and explained to them what we going to do through out the following weeks and Q&A session.

Week 6 (20/5 - 26/5)
Front-end discussion with Shen and distributed the tasks since both of us are responsible for the front-end development. Also, we decided that I will be developing the asp pages for the simulation and she will be doing the storyboard for the system.
Week 7 (27/5 - 2/6)
Further development for the front-end and met up with Shen for some clarifications.
Week 8 (3/6 - 9/6)
I had a group meeting regarding the updated system requirements and some new tasks and we clarified it with the lecturer.
Week 9 (10/6 - 16/6)
I continued doing the assigned task and further discussed with my group members on the documentation.
Week 10 (17/6 - 23/6)
I was assigned some new tasks for the A1, A2, A3 documentation.
Week 11 (24/6 - 30/6)
Revision week

Week 13 (8/7 - 14/7)

Week 14 (15/7 - 21/7)
I met up with the group and continued with the documentation as well as the front-end asp pages.
Week 15 (22/7 - 26/7)
Completing and compiling all the documentation that need to be submitted.
Week 16 (5/8 - 9/8)
No meeting on this week as classes just started.
Week 17 (12/8 -16/8)
Stay back with the team after class to discuss what our lecturer just said in the class. Once we discussed, I started development for my part which is the website.
Week 18 (19/8 - 23/8)
Continue with website development and make sure the item goes into the database.
Week 19 (26/8 - 30/8)
Debug and check the database as I have faced some issues on the database.
Week 20 (2/9 - 6/9)
We met up with our client for checkpoint 2. The meeting was great and more questions were asked from the clients. But as the same time, we realised that a lot of stuff that still need to be done.
Week 21 (9/9 - 13/9)
I create new database and import all the existing tables to test if the data from e-commerce can go into the database.
Week 22 (16/9 - 20/9)
No meeting being held so I continue with my individual development. I successfully changed the webform language from VB.NET to C#. On Tuesday, Our lecture also brief us the requirements for the documents and for the tradeshow.
Week 23 (23/9 - 27/9)
Assessment Week
Week 24 (30/9 - 4/10)
continue with the e-commerce website development and Integration for the database. However, there is some issues with the database. Also, we were told that the confirmed date of the tradeshow is on 11/11 which is on my birthday.
Week 25 (7/10 - 11/10)
I list out the contents to be updated to the group website.
Week 26 (14/10- 18/10)
I continued to work on the task that is delegated to me.
Week 27 (21/10 - 25/10)
I started drafting our the designs of the poster, namecards and brochures. After that, I sent it to the group and asked for opinions.
Week 28 (28/10 - 1/11)
I added some finishing touches to the brochure and the name cards before send it for printing.
Week 29 (4/11 - 8/11)
I went to college to meet up with Serene to sort out the database (from e-commerce website into the database). After that, some changes were made to the brochure so i have to send the new one for printing. On Friday, I went back to college to filmed our pitch video. We also decided to host our database on Hosting to avoid clashing.
Week 30 (11/11 - 15/11)
Monday is our tradeshow and we were still debugging the system in the morning. Luckily everything went smoothly. The judges and lecturers are impressed with our final prototype and we won the first place which is the ‘Best Project On Display’. I’m proud to be part of this amazing team.
Week 31 (18/11 - 22/11)
Meeting is being held for discussion regarding the contents for our final documentation. We listed out what we need to include and finalise the TOC. Each task is being delegated to each members. Serene has also set the date with our clients for the final presentation which is on 9/12.
Week 32 (25/11 - 29/11)

Week 33 (2/12 - 6/12)
After finished my finals, I then proceed to complete the documentation and start doing the user manual and run the whole system again to make sure the bugs are solved before handover to our clients.
Week 34 (9/12 - 12/12)
Monday is the final presentation day for our clients. We completed all the documentation and user manual for the clients. We went to Padini HQ for the presentation and the final handover the source codes, documents and prototype. We were given some gift voucher as well as certificates.
